My husband Zen is designing his first game world from scratch. A Thousand Oceans combines elements of Serenity, TaleSpin, and Dungeons & Dragons and it’s the most excited I’ve ever been about D&D. I drew this signboard from The Broken Smile, the inn where the characters will meet.
Zen was suitably creeped out, and I finally got some creative mileage out of my wretched experience having a front tooth knocked out.
